BBT Roundup: LSU Weekend Is On

LSU weekend is here, Big Blue Nation. Kickoff is tomorrow at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN at Kroger Field — and the whole campus is lining up a packed Saturday around the football game.

Start with the official word: UK Athletics dropped the Big Blue Preview for Kentucky vs. LSU. On3's Luckett has the Cats looking for a first statement home win of the new era against LSU, and KSR's take is that Kentucky vs. LSU in Lexington is never a dull moment. KSR Today already has the countdown going — let LSU weekend begin.

Around the Blue: No. 4 Kentucky volleyball hosts LSU and Ole Miss in a bounce-back weekend, and rifle opens a packed Caturday against Murray State inside Barker Hall.

Our take: get to Lex early, get loud, and make Kroger Field a problem for the Tigers. Every other UK headline is on the front page at bigbluetimes.com.

Go Cats.
