Thursday Roundup: Baxter Questionable, Venables Salutes the Wall, Moreno Fires Back

Thursday on the road to Norman, and the headlines are stacking.

CJ Baxter is listed questionable for Oklahoma — first time he's been on the report all season. Depth behind him is the conversation in BBN right now.

From the other sideline: Brent Venables says Kentucky has the best offensive line Oklahoma has faced. That is real respect heading into Saturday (7:30 PM ET, SEC Network).

Rivalry heat is already here. Malachi Moreno answered Karter Knox's Louisville guarantee with "We'll see them in December." Straight fire.

The wall keeps collecting hardware too — Coleton Price landed on the Rimington Trophy watch list and SI Midseason All-America Second Team. And Kentucky football was again one of the most-watched teams in the country.

Around the Blue: Brock Coffman's baseball background helped him bounce back in a big moment against LSU.

Two days to Norman. Go Cats.
