Momcilovic, Moreno Named Preseason All-SEC by League Coaches

The SEC's coaches have now backed up the media on two Wildcats.

The league announced the coaches' preseason All-SEC teams Thursday, and Kentucky's Milan Momcilovic and Malachi Moreno both made the list. Momcilovic landed on the Second Team and Moreno was a Third Team pick, a few weeks after the league media also tabbed both as preseason All-SEC honorees.

Momcilovic, a 6-foot-9 forward who came over from Iowa State, led the country in both 3-pointers made (136) and 3-point percentage (48.7%) last season while averaging 16.9 points. Moreno, the Georgetown native, is back for his second season after making the All-SEC Freshman Team, when he started 30 games and led the Cats with 6.3 rebounds per game and 53 blocks.
