BBT Fantasy: CJ Baxter leads UK football's fantasy board after LSU
Six games in, CJ Baxter is the top fantasy producer on the Kentucky football roster, and Saturday's overtime win over LSU was his best day yet.
Against LSU, Baxter carried 19 times for 123 yards and two touchdowns, including a 77-yard run, for 24.3 points in standard PPR scoring. Kenny Minchey went 23-of-36 for 246 yards and added a rushing touchdown for 17.0 points. Kenny Darby caught four passes for 79 yards, good for 11.9 points.
For the season, Baxter leads all Wildcats with 109.6 PPR points (18.3 per game): 87 carries, 484 yards, 8 rushing touchdowns, plus 7 catches for 62 yards. Minchey is right behind at 100.9 points (16.8 per game), completing 120 of 178 passes for 1,394 yards with 11 touchdowns and one interception. Darby, a freshman, leads the receivers with 29 catches for 401 yards and 3 touchdowns, worth 88.0 points (14.7 per game). Willie Rodriguez leads the tight ends with 56.4 points, and Jason Patterson adds 361 rushing yards in the backfield.
Every number here comes straight from ESPN box scores. Points use standard PPR: 1 per catch, 0.1 per rushing or receiving yard, 6 per rushing or receiving touchdown, 1 per 25 passing yards, 4 per passing touchdown, minus 2 per interception or lost fumble.
